To and from hotel shuttles
Heading to your hotel? JFK offers a designated hotel shuttle pickup and dropoff area. Take the AirTrain to Federal Circle via the Jamaica or Howard Beach AirTrain lines to access hotel shuttles.

The AirTrain is accessible
All AirTrain trains and stations are ADA-compliant. This makes it easier for everyone, including travelers with mobility devices, strollers, or luggage, to travel comfortably and safely. The stations feature elevators and escalators, and each train has wheelchair spaces. Wheelchair-accessible subway connections are available at Jamaica and Howard Beach stations; at Jamaica station, travelers can also connect to Long Island Rail Road.
For travelers who are deaf or hard of hearing, there are visual signs on the train and in the stations. For travelers who are blind or have low-vision, there are announcements on board the train and service animals are welcome. Additionally, there are tactile platform warning surfaces and raised-letter and Braille signs.
