Van and Shuttle Service

info

Van, car, and shuttle service pick-ups and drop-offs may take longer than usual due to construction at JFK. Plan accordingly and allow for extra time due to traffic. We recommend taking Public Transportation to the airport.

Getting to and from JFK via shuttle, van, and car service

JFK partners with several trusted van and shuttle services. See our list of authorized providers to reserve your ride.

If you have already booked your ride, go to the ground transportation area to find your driver. If you need to book a ride, contact one of the authorized providers or find an Airport Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) in a red uniform shirt at the Port Authority Information Center in the arrivals area to assist you.

Safety tip

Be careful of anyone not wearing an official uniform offering transportation or luggage help. They may be unlicensed, uninsured, or operating illegally. For official ground transportation information, please go to the Port Authority Information Center in the arrivals area of each terminal where official uniformed staff will be happy to help.
